A licensed nurse practitioner, make-up artist, and an activist for HIV and AIDS awareness, artist Daniel Vincent had a long journey of going back to the pot where he’s planted. Contrary to the usual artistic path, he started as a BS Nursing Student and finished the degree as a scholar in Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, while studying, he has joined several freehand drawing competition in Still Life, Poster Making Contests and has achieved several awards in Manila. Shortly after passing 2014 Nursing Licensure Exam, he then proceeded to The Make Up Artistry School in Ortigas and started his career as a full time Make Up Artist for fashion in Visioncapture Incorporated.
In 2016 he moved to Dumaguete and started drawing and watercolor painting. In his free time, he has been constantly rediscovering his talent, which lead his way in becoming a watercolor artist.
On February 14, 2021 he will be opening his debut Solo Art Exhibit in Dumaguete City. It has been a rollercoaster ride, but it is definitely worth the wait. Meet your emerging Artist from Tondo, now a fully pledged Negrense!
